The third roundtable, titled Smart Transportation in Cities and Regions of Slovakia, this time opening the floor to mayors and self-governing region chairmen, on the topic of emission-free zones creation in the cities and regions of Slovakia.
Leading experts of public and private sector, both from Slovakia and abroad, will discuss the topics such as "Transportation Ecosystems in Knowledge Economy", "Smart Emission-free Zones in Cities and Regions", "Innovation Support Programmes for Smart Public Transport Development". In addition, the following challenges and questions will be addressed, as what does the global "SMART" transformation mean for the sector of transportation, how does the general public react to transportation and how is this being reflected in the public procurement of cites and towns, or, how can smart mobility contribute to the growth in economy and tourism in Slovakia.
